- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The call center is incompetent & disorganized. I have issues with this service nearly every time I have to call. Requests don't go through to the doctor, they don't know Doc's schedule, or at least don't tell the patient the Doc is out of the office & it's going to be a few days before you get an answer. They don't LISTEN to the patient & do what they ate suppose to do! CS Reps have to be excellent listeners and excellent reporters so the doctors & nurses know what is going on & so things get solved efficiently!! Patients should not have to get tough (because we don't like to!) With the CS reps! Managers...Train your CS reps well & listen in on the calls so you know which CS reps are making mistakes. This is a medical facility & patients deserve fast, efficient, informative, organized, involved & respectful responses to their requests & medical care needs. Do your jobs every day with maximum effort & patients won't get frusterated & doctors & nurses won't have to deal with things that you should have done right the first time!!
